In June, our orchards are laden with ripe apricots. Gathering them by hand is an effort, but the delicious jam makes it all worthwhile! We use only the fruit of our own orchards, processed immediately after harvest following the simple recipe handed down in our family for generations. Our jars are full of the simple, sumptuous flavour of ripe fruit – and nothing else.
