Description

Olives are an excellent ingredient to make delicious pâtés. We leave the green olives to ripen in brine for 4 months then stone them and work them into a paste at low temperatures to maintain their fragrance and taste. We add fresh organic oregano, inspired by the classic flavours of the Mediterranean diet. Our pâtés are free of preservatives and other additives.
