Description
This pack gives you a tasting tour of our organic pâtés, to discover the flavour and fragrance of the olives that we harvest and then process in our workshop. After 4 months steeping in brine, they are pitted and worked into a paste. This can be left in its natural state or flavoured with herbs and spices from Tuscia and the Mediterranean tradition: oregano, chilli and wild fennel seeds. The pâtés are ideal with fresh bread rolls and hot crispy toasts and to lace a cold pasta dish with all the flavour of summer.
